Davidzon is Argentinean, raised in a middle-class family in Buenos Aires. She grew up surrounded by disappearances and torture that were never discussed. Growing up she came to understand the joy of democracy through horrific stories of dictatorship. As a teenager she grew angry at the adults in her life for not taking action. She promised herself she would never be so blind to the torture and atrocities. She committed herself to help those who needed it.
