|Plot||Professor Vijay Tripathi is brutally killed at the hands of Bhujbal Choudhary and his men, and they make his death look like he was struck by lightning. After witnessing this murder, Vijay's pregnant wife, Anju, runs for her life and takes shelter in a mandir. There she gives birth to a baby boy, and entrusts him to the mandir's poojary alongwith instructions what to do with the child, and dies. The Poojary takes the child to the house of Thakur Raghuveer Singh, who is childless, and agrees to adopt this child. This child is specially blessed by Bhagwan Bajrangbali and possesses special powers. They name the child Mahavir. Unknown to Raghuveer, his employee, Balakram and his wife, have also a baby boy born to them. Balakram is upset at Mahavir's arrival, and plans to kill him, in vain. Raghuveer also agrees to adopt Balakram's son, and names him Balbir. Both grow up as brothers and also attend college together. While there, Balbir meets with Seema and falls in love with her. Seema's friend, Asha, is attracted to Mahavir, but Mahavir has taken a vow of celibacy, and will not any woman come near him. Asha must use all of her seductive powers to make Mahavir change his mind. He donates a big plot of land to fulfil his friend Professor Vijay Tripathi's dream to build an ideal College. Moved by Thakur's longing to rear a child and their benevolence the Professor and his wife Anju persuade them to adopt their shortly expected child. The donation of plot of land enrages Bhujbal Chowdhary as his plans of building a factory there was foiled, besides his anti-social activity or running a College which churns out student with fake diplomas and degrees, would be also hamper. He therefore arranges to have the Professor and his wife killed on the eve of foundation laying ceremony. While the Professor dies, his wife escapes and gives birth to a son in the old Hanuman temple. The priest hands over the child to Thakurs as per the dying mother's request. The Thakurs who were planning to adopt their Munim Balak Ram's child decide to adopt both the children. Balak Ram, who's has set his evil eye on the Thakur's property, time and again, tries to put an end to Professor Vijay Tipathi's son who has been named Mahavir alias Pawan in vain. Time passes Pawan and Balak Ram's son Balbir are unaware about their real parentage. Both are students in the college run by Bhujbal Chowdhary. Bhujbal's sons Ranjeet and Vikram are also a part of their father's criminal activities. Pawan, unlike Balbir, shys away from the fairer sex and flees at the very mention of girls. Asha, the college Principal's daughter, is head-over heels in love with Pawan. Her love brings about a metamorphosis in Pawan's life. Eventually, he falls in love with Asha and decided to tie the knot. He also comes to know about his father's dream a reality by constructing the proposed College at the same site. Bhujbal is furious and swears to wipe out Thakur Raghuvir, his wife, Pawan, Balbir, Asha, Principal Rana, his own brother Bhupati who turns rebel and Bhupati's daughter Seema who is in love with Balbir.|
