|Plot||'Colorless and Transparent' is a short documentary film created with footage taken 15 months after the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant accident, around various areas of Tokyo as well as within a radius of 20-60 kilometers in distance from the Fukushima Daiichi. This film is not a documentary that is accusatorial against nuclear power, nor does it portray a sense of crisis towards the appalling conditions after the accident. It comes more from an objective and observational stance by depicting the ordinary scenery shot by a fixed camera, gradually casting doubt upon the viewer with a quiet plea towards the inconceivable circumstances.
